The Estimator reports to the Chief Estimator and is responsible for quantity take offs, participating in pricing of elements of work, development of subcontract scopes, assisting in analyzing scopes, attending site visits, assisting in purchasing and negotiating contracts and other duties related to the accurate preparation of project bids.  Mileage paid for trips between offices.
