Our client is looking for a candidate to be responsible for:
•    Project Evaluation: assess project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work, materials required and labor involved
•    Cost Estimation: lead the process of estimating the costs associated with a project to include materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses 
•    Bid Preparation: responsible for preparing bids and proposals in response to the RFP or bid documents provided by the client

Mechanical Engineer – Albany, NY area

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with building systems design experience (concentration on HVAC and plumbing) and the ability to lead projects and mentor other staff

•    design development of various commercial buildings
•    construction document and specification development 
•    construction administration 
•    building inspections (mechanical)
•    technical report writing
