Our client is looking for a candidate to be responsible for:
•    Project Evaluation: assess project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work, materials required and labor involved
•    Cost Estimation: lead the process of estimating the costs associated with a project to include materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses 
•    Bid Preparation: responsible for preparing bids and proposals in response to the RFP or bid documents provided by the client

Must be able to operate a CNC milling machine and make offsets to ensure you are making quality parts to print.

Pay rate $20+ DOE, 6.5% shift differential, monthly bonuses & ESOP.  Direct placement opportunity.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC milling machines, including the use of a micrometers and gauging tools to inspect parts.  Experience with screw machine operation a plus.

project contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders

•    ensure the health and safety of the project crew
•    determine proper equipment requirements
•    ensure crews are productive and are incompliance with safety policy
•    work in conjunction with the Project Manager to determine project schedule and milestones

Our client is seeking an individual to be responsible for completing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, location surveys and construction stakeout.  Will manage 1-2 survey field crews.    Partnership opportunity possible for the right candidate.
